NASCAR aimed to connect with the Black community, seeking to enhance brand sentiment and generate interest in a sport with a history of racial offenses. The brand chose Birmingham, AL and Richmond, VA as initial test markets for programming.
Our team created an EXPERIENTIAL STRATEGY featuring the iconic driver Bubba Wallace called “Bubba’s Block Party” to bring the Black community together. The event programming included live performances, merch, panel Q&A, and INFLUENCER AND LOCAL COMMUNITY engagement, and SOCIAL content across brand & talent socials resonating with Black consumers. The event has since extended to Chicago, IL.
